He is consistently recognized as one of the most experienced Landlord representatives in Texas and throughout the U.S.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Prior to resuming Russo Commercial in 2015, Russo was Regional Director of Acquisitions and Investments for Kennedy Wilson based in their Austin, Texas office. Prior to Kennedy Wilson, He was Executive Vice President with Wereldhave Management USA, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of the Dutch based Wereldhave, a real estate investment company. Russo was responsible for all U.S. leasing activity for the 4 million square foot “Class A” U.S. office and retail portfolio, including: hiring and evaluating third party leasing agents, negotiating and approving Lease Listing Agreements, reviewing and approving lease proposal terms and Letters of Intent, reviewing Tenant credit, negotiating Lease Agreements, coordinating Lease Agreement preparation with Landlord counsel, preparing lease analysis in accordance with investment criteria and lease abstract and coordination of tenant construction with Property Management. He successfully executed over $100M in tenant lease transactions.  The entire Wereldhave USA property portfolio sold in 2013.

Russo also held past senior management positions with Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, Equity Office Management and Jones Lang LaSalle in Texas.
