ACQUISITION & DISPOSITION
Russo Commercial assumes the role of Advisor to our client's seeking to acquire and/or dispose of their commercial real estate assets. Victor Russo holds the coveted designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), recognizing him as an expert in commercial real estate investments. Russo Commercial listens to our clients and based on their property acquisition investment criteria, we source commercial real estate properties in US markets that specifically meet that criteria, as well as provide site selection analyisis for development opportunities. Once a suitable property is sourced and under contract, we can assist our client's in the Due Diligence process. Typical property holds are 5 to 7 years in order to fully recognize the property's investment potential.
We keep our clients up to date with the latest market data from multiple sources, so that clients can be proactive in the real estate cycle and determine when best to exit their property investment. At that stage of the investment, we can also assist in the property disposition process.
MARKETING & LEASING
Russo Commercial has over 50 years experience in developing and successfully implementing strategic marketing & leasing plans for commercial real estate properties in multiple US property markets. Our leasing experience includes: office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties, representing both Tenants and Landlords.
We keep our clients up to date with the latest market data from multiple sources, in order to assist them in being proactive in pushing rents, making capital improvements and operational property decisions.
