The Russo Commercial principals have more than 50 years combined experience in evaluating market opportunities for development, repositioning existing assets and providing property acquisition and disposition services. We take pride that the majority of our business is from repeat clients and referrals from those clients, due to our personal approach to client service. 
Our Principals have worked together for over 10 years. Prior to working with Russo Commercial, our Principals have worked for both US & global firms such as: CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Kennedy Wilson, Equity Office, Deloitte and Goldman Sachs.

Victor Russo, CCIM, CPM®️

Victor Russo has more than 40 years experience representing foreign and domestic commercial real estate investors and corporate users. He has held leadership positions for some of the largest full service commercial real estate firms such as, CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Kennedy Wilson, Equity Office Properties and Wereldhave USA.
He began his career as a Property Manager in Houston, Texas and through his diligent work, became one of the most successful real estate Property Managers and Asset Managers in the US. 
Based now in Austin, Texas, Victor now leverages his extensive commercial real estate experience to provide 
client specific Investor and Brokerage services.
His proven track record in asset & property management, property marketing & leasing, site selection and development services, financial reporting, budgeting, construction supervision and contract services management, the been invaluable to his clients.
Victor attended Texas State University majoring in Business Administration . Victor is a past President of the Houston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds its designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®️). He also holds the distinguished designation of Certified Investment Manager (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Whitney McKain, MBA

 Whitney McKain is based in her hometown of Austin, Texas and has been with Russo Commercial as Vice President for over 10 years. Whitney has over 14 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in asset management, financial management and reporting, financial analysis, real estate auditing and investment analysis. Whitney leverages her extensive commercial real estate experience to provide property owners and investors a higher level of prioritized service based on their investment strategy. 
Prior to working with Russo Commercial, she worked as a Senior Analyst, Accountant and Senior Auditor for such firms as Goldman Sachs, Deloitte and Kennedy Wilson, where she prepared and reviewed financial and capital statements, analyzed third-party financial statements to ensure appropriate items were accurately recorded, and established accurate fair market value of investments. Additionally, she allocated investor and investment distributions and contributions. Whitney has her Bachelors in Accounting from Texas Tech University and an MBA (with a concentration in Accounting) from the University of Texas at Arlington. Whitney holds a Texas Real Estate Sales Agent License #657871.
